The NRCD section focuses on the development of nurses’ research awareness and research skills as well as the implementation of the nursing competencies among nurses working in the MOH facilities. The section coordinates with the directors of nursing; the In-Service coordinators and the working nurses to update apply and monitor the implementation of the existing mandatory Nursing Competency program for its optimal functioning. It manages and supports database formulation and functioning to enhance decision-making, planning and research data support within the section and department.
